These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website and online store, as well as the conditions for purchasing goods.
By placing an order on the website, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available on the website.
1. Conclusion of the Contract
A purchase contract between the Customer and the Seller is considered concluded when:
- the Customer has placed an order on the Website;
- the Customer has received an order confirmation at the provided email address;
- payment has been made if a prepayment method was selected.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if:
- the product is not available in stock;
- technical errors in prices or product descriptions have occurred;
- there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices on the Website are indicated in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
Additional costs, such as delivery fees, are indicated before the order is confirmed.
The following payment methods are available:
- bank cards (Visa, Mastercard);
- online bank transfer;
- other payment methods indicated on the Website.
Online payments are processed by the payment service provider EveryPay, which ensures secure payment processing.
3. Delivery
Goods are delivered within the territory of Latvia to the address or parcel locker specified by the Customer.

Store Pickup
Customers may collect their order at our store:

Parcel Locker Delivery
Delivery to parcel lockers is available through the following providers:
- Omniva;
- DPD.
Courier Delivery
Delivery to the Customer’s address is provided by:
- Omniva;
- DPD;
- Venipak.
The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (for example courier or parcel locker service providers).
4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU and Latvian legislation, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a person indicated by the consumer has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement to: info@hes1.lv
The product must be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch of the goods.
Unless stated otherwise, the Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made according to the Customer’s individual order;
- digital content if its download has already started.
5. Warranty and Non-Conforming Goods
The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods within the period specified by applicable legislation.
If the product is defective or does not correspond to its description, the Customer has the right to:
- request repair or replacement of the product;
- request a price reduction;
- withdraw from the contract.

6. User Account
If a user account is created on the Website:
- the Customer is responsible for the security of their login credentials;
- the Customer must not share access credentials with third parties.
The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access if it occurred due to the Customer’s fault.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, design, logo, etc.) is the property of the Seller or its partners and is protected by copyright.
Without written permission it is prohibited to:
- copy;
- distribute;
- publish for commercial purposes.
8. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
- damages caused by improper use of the product;
- technical errors in the operation of the Website;
- damages caused by force majeure circumstances.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable legislation.
