Delivery
We offer several delivery methods throughout Latvia.
Store Pickup
Orders can be collected at our store:

You will be informed by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup.
Parcel Locker Pickup
Goods can be collected from parcel lockers across Latvia.
Available service providers:
- Omniva parcel lockers;
- DPD parcel lockers.
When the shipment is placed in the parcel locker, you will receive an SMS or email with collection instructions.
Courier Delivery
Orders can be delivered to the address specified by you.
Delivery is provided by:
- Omniva;
- DPD;
- Venipak.
The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- the selected delivery method;
- product availability in the warehouse;
- courier service workload.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Receiving the Shipment
When receiving the shipment, please:
- check the condition of the packaging;
- ensure that the shipment is not damaged.
If the shipment is damaged, please inform the courier or contact us.
